Group Training: Bike-Ski-Row

Step 1: Choose your membership.

You can avail of a standard group membership that allows you attend unlimited classes for the week or our weekly 7 day pass where you can attend 2 classes. If you’d like to trial it over the course of a month try our 10 class pass. This a monthly membership and you are required to use your 10 classes in 30 days before deciding to purchase your next class pass.

Step 2: Book in early using our booking app

Book in early for as our popular Bike-Ski-Row classes strike the perfect balance between aerobic endurance with a blend of strength training and lots of fun. Work at your own pace or challenge yourself against the clock as this class changes up every time. Our coaches will support you throughout the class to ensure you’ll get the best out of thishigh energy, enjoyable workout.
