Accountability Is King
Going it alone can be really tough, especially when it comes to upping your nutrition game.
You’re tempted multiple times per day to eat foods or drink beverages that are less than optimal. And if you work in an office, there’s likely not a day that goes by when you don’t have to dig up the willpower to say no to cake or candy. The thing that separates those who are successful at maintaining a quality diet and those that are not is very often accountability. If you aren’t accountable to anyone on this nutrition journey, you’re likely to fall short of your goals.
Accountability is at the heart of our Nutrition Program. We know how important it is for you to have regular contact with your coach, so we’ve made it our top priority. You’ll have a weekly accountability video call with your coach designed to keep you motivated, answer your questions, and help you succeed once and for all.
During your weekly call, your coach will check in with you about your custom diet plan and make sure you’re on track. He/she will review your weekly food log and check that you’re not only eating the right foods, but eating them in the right quantities and at the right time. Our expert coaches have the knowledge and the experience to get you to your goals.
Who Is Nutrition Coaching For?
Nutrition Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better.
It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness Program or Personal Training Program. There are no prerequisites for joining our Nutrition Coaching Program. All you need to do is talk to a coach and set up your initial consultation.

I've been training with Mark for nearly four years now - I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been and now more than ever I'm motivated to keep challenging myself. Mark puts a great focus on technique, he teaches you what will cause injury and he never pushes you beyond your real limits - removing the fear of injury. I like that he does the hard yards with you - he doesn't suggest a challenge and leave you to it. He's alongside you the 10kms, or waste deep in mud or giving you a leg up. I literally don't know what I would do without him.
I've been with Mark over 4 years. During that time he has helped me recover from several injuries. - one of which had been ongoing for over 3 years. He then worked on mobility and strength exercises which turned this often injured muscle group into a strength of mine. Mark balances a unique understanding of the body with a plethora of exercises to meet your fitness goals, reduce injury risks and build strength, stamina and muscle.
Mark as a trainer is not only helpful and supportive but also an educator. You learn about how to train yourself and more importantly why you are doing the exercise. 2 months in and I actually look forward to training. Feeling fitter, more on point and just all round better for it.
