Mark O’Brien
Founder & CEO
A fitness coach with an absolute love for all sports and fitness since my early days growing up in Ireland, where my dad was my sports coach from a young age. With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry coaching and improving people’s lives through fitness isn’t just my job, it’s why I swapped my computer science degree for health science.
Unlike seeing fitness as a fix for past mistakes, I believe it should be a life-giving journey, not just a quick fix. With a background as a clinic owner and physiotherapist, I seamlessly blend the science of strength and conditioning to ensure sustainable results. My approach revolves around empowering individuals of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, to value themselves through fitness, health, and lifestyle choices. Whether it’s resolving pain or inspiring clients to embrace resistance training and competition, my ultimate goal is to optimize their physical potential for life long vitality and well-being.
