FITSERIES PRO is a longer course. If you have a good level of training – i.e. 4+ times per week then we encourage PRO. If you are less than 3x per week we suggest FITSERIES. Of course if you have only very recently started exercising we would encourage you to have patience and consider training towards our next event.
The workouts always include Bike-Ski-Row-Run but the format changes every event. 2024 will also bring new events and new pieces of equipment as well as an optional league format.
Currently no. The FITSERIES groups start from 7.30am with the PRO teams usually starting from 9am
You should arrive at least 45 mins before your start time. You will need to register your arrival as well as warming up!
Fastest = First!! It’s a time trial event meaning whatever team completes the course in the quickest time wins! Medals are available for the top 3 teams and on occasions like 23.3 there was seperate medals awarded to the team that performed the 5km row-erg in the fastest time.

If either you or one of your teammates get injured before the event you can sub in a replacement athlete or the team can still compete as a pair. We recommend finding a replacement.
We offer medals for the FITSERIES top 3 and PRO top 3. You and your teammates will decide what level to compete at. In 2024 we hope to have seperate female, male and mixed categories.
No, this is a continuous race – the only rest will be when your teammates take over. In 2024 certain events will have rest intervals between workouts.
Yes, we encourage spectators however we require them to be mindful of the limited space and not interfere with the athletes when they enter and leave the gym.
