    FitCamp Functional Fitness

    Our program uses movements that are similar to those you use every day, making them not only safe, but highly effective. You’ll jump, squat, run, bike, row, push and pull! You’ll flip some tires, do some jump rope and pull a sled! When you combine all of these functional movements with high levels of intensity (which you’ll learn how to do), you get results!

    We keep our program varied so that every time you come to class, you’re doing something very different from your last session. We know that you don’t have the time to commit several hours of your week to exercise. With our emphasis on intensity, you’ll reach your goals by showing up (and working hard!) three or four times per week-- that’s it!

    Individual Design

    Our Personal Training Program is designed for anyone who wants more one-on-one attention, who wants a program that is specifically for them. When you join one of our expert coaches for Personal Training, you’re signing up for completely customized fitness. During your initial consultation, you’ll sit down with a coach and discuss all of your goals so that we can customize a plan just for you. Your tailored plan will have the kinds of workouts that are designed to help you reach your goals without wasting your time.

    When you have a program that is made only for you and designed to reach your specific goals, you get to where you want to go a lot faster. And with our top-tier coaches, you’re sure to not only get an effective workout, but a safe one, too.

    Remedial Massage Therapy

    Our practitioners are dedicated to improving and maintaining the long-term health of their clients with hands-on natural physical therapies. We use a completely natural approach to pain relief such as injury massage, myofascial release and exercise rehabilitation programs. All our therapists are highly experienced dealing with a range of injuries and pains. The remedial massage therapy team continuously learn the latest techniques from around the world and bring them back to Fitpluswell. Furthermore, we are passionate therapists providing a broad and comprehensive approach to remedial massage therapy and our clients treatments.

    Nutrition Coaching

    No matter how much you work out, you will always fall short if you haven’t dialed in your nutrition. If you want to feel great and look great, you’ve got to work on your diet. With our Nutrition Coaching Program, you’ll finally reach the body composition goals you’ve been aiming for! 

    Nutrition Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better. It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness Program or Personal Training Program, and there are no prerequisites for joining our Nutrition Coaching Program.
