Our Programs…

FitCamp Functional Fitness

Our program uses movements that are similar to those you use every day, making them not only safe, but highly effective. You’ll jump, squat, run, bike, row, push and pull! You’ll flip some tires, do some jump rope and pull a sled! When you combine all of these functional movements with high levels of intensity (which you’ll learn how to do), you get results!

We keep our program varied so that every time you come to class, you’re doing something very different from your last session. We know that you don’t have the time to commit several hours of your week to exercise. With our emphasis on intensity, you’ll reach your goals by showing up (and working hard!) three or four times per week-- that’s it!

Individual Design

Our Personal Training Program is designed for anyone who wants more one-on-one attention, who wants a program that is specifically for them. When you join one of our expert coaches for Personal Training, you’re signing up for completely customized fitness. During your initial consultation, you’ll sit down with a coach and discuss all of your goals so that we can customize a plan just for you. Your tailored plan will have the kinds of workouts that are designed to help you reach your goals without wasting your time.

When you have a program that is made only for you and designed to reach your specific goals, you get to where you want to go a lot faster. And with our top-tier coaches, you’re sure to not only get an effective workout, but a safe one, too.

Skills Training Workshops

The benefits of strength training are tremendous, and the long term and short term effects are worth their weight in gold. Reap rewards like more enjoyable workouts, increased confidence, increased tendon/ligament strength, and increased bone density. And if that's not enough, focussed strength training helps make your daily activities seem easier and less taxing. 

Functional Fitness, whether done in a group setting or one-on-one, is the best way we know of to get you results. Add our Strength Program to one of our Functional Fitness Programs and you’ve got one heck of a power couple! 

Nutrition Coaching

No matter how much you work out, you will always fall short if you haven’t dialed in your nutrition. If you want to feel great and look great, you’ve got to work on your diet. With our Nutrition Coaching Program, you’ll finally reach the body composition goals you’ve been aiming for! 

Nutrition Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better. It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness Program or Personal Training Program, and there are no prerequisites for joining our Nutrition Coaching Program.

With 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry I come into contact with busy professionals, struggling to keep up with the demands of daily living and fitness.In just 6-12 weeks I can guarantee to have them moving and feeling fitter and stronger. All I ask for is effort. Show up. I’ll do the rest. And if you’re struggling for motivation – that’s where the group comes in – we’re all at different levels and help encourage, motivate and challenge each other. Team effort.

I've been training with Mark for nearly four years now - I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been and now more than ever I'm motivated to keep challenging myself. Mark puts a great focus on technique, he teaches you what will cause injury and he never pushes you beyond your real limits - removing the fear of injury. I like that he does the hard yards with you - he doesn't suggest a challenge and leave you to it. He's alongside you the 10kms, or waste deep in mud or giving you a leg up. I literally don't know what I would do without him.
