Our one to one training is normally reserved for anyone who wants more one-on-one attention, additional time to learn our approach to fitness and become more confident in their own ability to work without coach next to them for the duration of the workout. See it as a pre-requisite before integrating to our more popular semi private personal training.
What we have discovered is that if you are returning from a long absence from training or have received little to no personal training or coaching in the past then you are more likely a candidate for one to one.

Once these relationships are understood by you and improved, your optimal movement is often restored and pain often improves immediately or just goes away.
